Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

3 rounds

10 Air squats

10 Push-ups

10 pull-ups

Metcon (Time)

For time:

75 Pull-ups “rest” = Hold bottom of squat

75 Front Rack lunges (95/65) “rest”= Hollow hold

75 Power cleans “rest”= Hold bottom of Push up

75 Back squats “rest”= Hold bottom of push ups

6 x 200m Sprints
(Switch EMOM with your partner) while one performs reps the other partner holds a position listed. Sprints switch after each rep
