Warm-up (No Measure)

800m run. 5 squats every 200m

Back Squat (1 x 8 @75-80% 1RM)

Back Squat (1 x AMRAP @65% 1RM)

As many reps as possible

Deadlift (1 x 8 @ 70% off of training max)

deadlifts will be off your training max (90% of 1rm)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

8 min AMRAP

200 meter suit case carry #55/35

3 rope climbs
