Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of: 30 Double unders+ 5 power cleans + 5 thrusters (Empty Bar)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

15 Kettlebell swings #55/35

10 Kettlebell Snatches

Pull-ups ( 5 x 5)

Weighted Pull-Ups or Eccentric Pull-ups 5 x 5
