3-4 sets of 100m row

Every meter over or under 100m is a burpee

Front Squat (1 x 1 @95% or 1RM)

go for 1RM if feeling good and confident

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time

18 wall balls

15 cal row

12 box jump overs

9 Toes to bar
