Barbell Glute Bridges (Accumulate 50 reps)

With a barbell perform glute bridges focusing on squeezing the glutes and extending the hips
Ba is loaded with 33% of 1RM back squat

Metcon (No Measure)

Every 1:30 for 10 intervals

100m sprint

10 wall balls #20/14
