Warm-up (No Measure)

Alternating EMOMx10


ODD 5 Push-ups 5 ring rows

Bench Press (3 x 1 @95%)

Dumbbell neutral grip bench press (3 x 10)

Neutral grip DB bench

Death by pull-ups (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death by Pull-ups

This will work in EMOM fashion. You will start with one rep on 1st minute and will add a rep each consecutive minute
Ex: Min1=1RP
