Warm-up (No Measure)

400 m row

3 sets of empty barbell

10 Behind the neck snatch push presses + 10 OHS

Overhead Squat (Work up to 3 RM)

Rest as needed

Overhead Squat (2 x 4 @ 80% of 3RM)

Back down sets. Hold bottom position of squat for 2 seconds

KB Sotts press (3 sets of 12)

Sott press with Kettlebells or Dumbbells
Sotts press with two KB. Sit in bottom of squat and press OH

Metcon (Time)

8 min AMRAP

6 Burpees

12 Ab mat sit ups
RX+ wear vest
