OLY EMOM x 10 mins (10 x 4)
5 mins of:
1 High hang snatch + 1 Hang snatch (Above knee) + 1 hang snatch (below knee)+ 1 power snatch @65%
with running clock transition to
5 mins of:
2 power clean + 2 power jerks @ 70%
for the clean portion. Perfrom 2 cleans and then finsish set with 2 power jerks after the cleans
Strict toes to bar (10 x 3)
EMOM for 10 minutes
3 x strict toes to bar or K2E
