Warm-up (No Measure)

400 m row

3 rounds of 5 pull-ups + 5 push-ups + DB OH triceps extensions

Bench Press (3 x 3 @ 80%)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Teams of 2

AMRAP for 20 mins

3 HSPU

9 Pull-ups

15 Burpees

(While one partner rows 500m, other partner completes AMRAP)

Bent Over SA Dumbbell Row (3 x 12)
