3 sets of 5 BB OH squat + 5 push-ups + 5 ring rows

High Hang Snatch (2RM)

In 6 minutes work up to 2RM high Hang snatch
High hang is the bar in the hip crease and initiating the snatch from the “power position”. resembles the dip in the jerk or Push press

Double Kettlebell swings (3 x 12)

Double kettlebell swings

Metcon (Time)


10 strict press

15 Hang power Snatches

20 Push presses

25 OH squats

30 Push jerks

35 Front squats


Rx+ = #115/85
