With a partner find max Shoulder to Overhead from the rack in 6 minutes

Then 2 rounds for time (one partner works at a time)

40 Deadlifts (245/155) [Other partner holds hand stand]

40 wall balls [partner holds deadlift]

40 pull-ups [Partner holds DB front rack #55/35]

Warm-up (No Measure)


800 m Indian run

Shoulder to overhead (MAX)
