Sumo Deadlift High Pull (3 x 5)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Tabata squats

Tabata jump rope

Tabata sit-ups
Tabata= 4 minutes of 8 sets :20 work with :10 second rest intervals.

Perform tabata for prescribed movement and then transition to the next movement with no break. work out length in total should be 12 minutes
