26.2 CrossFit – CrossFit

Warm-up (No Measure)

400m row

3 rounds of bear crawl, duck walk, inch worms

Back Squat (3×3 @87.5% of 1RM)

Bulgarian Split Squat (3 x 8)

3 sets of 6-8 reps on each leg

Place back foot on two 45 pound plates

perform exercise with DB or KBs in hand

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds for time

15 wall ball shots

5 Power snatches @ 65% of 1RM
