26.2 CrossFit – CrossFit

Warm-up (No Measure)

400 m run

3 sets with empty barbell: 5 power cleans + 5 front squats + 5 push presses

Clean pull + Clean (1 x 2RM)

Clean pull from floor + squat clean
In 12 minutes work up to a daily max in the complex

AMRAP 10 T2B + Burpee test (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 10 minutes

Tes to bar

Burpees

(Start with one rep on the first round for each exercise, each round add a rep to the exercises until time is up)
RE-TEST! from Monday Sept 4th

Chin up (3 x AMRAP)

under grip pull up
Add vest if you can do more then 10 reps.

Use a band if you cant do a strict pull-ups
