Warm-up (No Measure)

3 rounds of 10 Goblet squats + 10 KB swings + 5 single arm push press

Metcon (Time)

For time with a partner

100 m prowler push (155/105)

50 ring pull-ups (Cumulative, switch any time)

200m farmer carries (70/50) (Together. When partner stops yu stop)

50 OH lunges (95/65) (Cumulative, switch any time)

Wheelbarrow partner for 2 reps(From one end of the gym and back is a rep)

50 Squat cleans (95/65) (Cumulative)
