5 Air squats

Back Squat (1×5 @87.5%)

Back Squat (Drop set @ 80% of 5RM)

1x 6-8 reps

GHD Back Extension (3 x 15)

Metcon (Time)

For time

One mile run with go ruck on back

Every 400m 15 air squats
IF limited bags. Use a wall ball or weight vest
