Warm-up (No Measure)

800 m run

1 set of 15 push-ups, 15 air squats, 15 KB swings

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Partner WOD!

AMRAP in 10 mins of:

15 T2B

20 Push-ups

Rest 5 minutes

AMRAP in 10 mins of:

20 Wall balls (30/20)

20 KB swings (55/35)

(Partners working at same time. Rotate exercises after the completion of the target reps)
RX+ use vest on first AMRAP

AND #70/55 for KB for second AMRAP
