Dumbbell RDL’s (3 x 12)

Romanian Deadlifts with dumbbells
3 second eccentric

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

12 Minute AMRAP

10 Burpees

10 Wall ball shots

100 meter pinch and run with bumpers #45/#25
Pinch grip holding bumbers
