Warm-up (No Measure)

2 rounds of 10 DB lunges, 10 DB RDL’S, 10 DB bent over row

Back Squat (3 x 6 @ 80%)

Off 1RM

Barbell RDL’s (3 x 5 with 5 second eccentric)

RDL’s with barbell

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 minute cap AMRAP:

12 Burpees over the bar

9 Toes to bar

6 Overhead squats #95/65
RX+ 135/95
