Warm-up (No Measure)

400 m run

3 rounds of

10 air squats, 10 push-ups, sit-ups

Metcon (Time)

Partner WOD for time:

100 calorie row(Parnter holds DBs in Front rack)

100 Air squats (1PW)

50 Burpees over partner holding plank position

100 DB power cleans (50/35) (1PW)

100 calorie row (Partner holds DBs in front rack)
Reps are cumulative and may be broken up however desired

(1PW+1 partner working at a time
