Warm-up (No Measure)

4 rounds of 5 push-ups, 5 pull-ups, 10 ring rows, 10 sit-ups

Bench Press (3 x 5 @ 80%)

Tabata sit-ups (8 x :20/:10)

:20 work

:10 rest

8 sets for 4 mins

AB-mat sit-ups

Metcon (Time)

4 rounds for time

200 meter row

3 rope climbs

20 push-ups
RX+ with weighted vest
