400 m row

3 rounds of 10 DB lunges, 10 DB RDL’s, 10 DB bent over rows

Back Squat (3 x 8 @75%)

Barbell RDL’s (3 x 5)

RDL’s with barbell
5 second eccentric using same weight from last week, feel the hams and glutes!

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

10 Minute AMRAP

5 Deadlifts #225/155

100 meter Farmer carry #70/55
