Warm-up (No Measure)

400m run

3 rounds of: 10 DB cleans, 10 DB front squats, 10 DB push-press, 1:00 Samson stretch

Clean Pull + Power clean + Power Jerk (5 x 1)

Clean Pull + Power clean + Power Jerk
In 12 minutes work up to a max in the complex (No misses)

Take atless 5 sets working up to max

“100 Burpee test” (Time)

“100 Burpee test”
RX+ add vest

Goal <12 minutes

Scaled AMRAP in the 12 mins

Dumbbell Bicep curls (3 x 12)

Dumbbell curls
