400 m run, “Pizza Game” for 6 minutes
Everyone holds AB mat like a pizza tray above the head. If knocked out of hand athlete has to 2 burpees

Metcon (Weight)

Partner WOD: 16 Minute EMOM

P1) 3 Shoulder press (80% of 1RM), 5 Burpees over bar

P2) 4 Supinated Pull-ups, 20 DU
Partners will switch exercises on next minute
