26.2 CrossFit – CrossFit

Warm-up (No Measure)

400 meter run

3 rounds of:

10 Goblet squats, 10 KB swings, 10 EA single arm KB press, 1 Minute samson stretch

Snatch Pull + Power snatch + Overhead Squat (Weight)

12 minutes to work up to a max in the following complex:

Snatch Pull + Power snatch + Overhead Squat

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 10 minutes of:

Toes to bar

Burpees

(Start with one rep on the first round for each exercise, then each round add a rep to the exercise until time is up)

Curls with DBs (3 x 12)

Pick challenging weight
