Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

AMRAP 26

In teams of 2 or 3:

60 Deadlifts (115/75)

30 Burpees

60 Front Squats

30 Burpees

60 Push Press

30 Burpees

AMRAP (in remaining time)

Clean & Jerk

One barbell/weight for the entire workout. Split reps as needed amongst team. Must finish all of the reps for each movement before moving on to the next movement.
