10 ring rows

10 pass throughs

20 Dubs

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

6 rounds of:

1 minute of rowing (cals)

1 minute of burpees

1 minute of double-unders

1 minute rest
Coach to run through romwod or stretching/mob for remaining class time
