10 Ring Row

Back Squat (5×40, 5×50, 5×60%)

Clean Pull (“1×3 from 3-4inches (use 45# plate for blocks) “)

Metcon (Weight)

Every Minute on the Minute for 15 Minutes

1 Hang Power Clean

1 Power Clean

1 Squat Clean
