400m Walking lunge (both partners lunge simultaneously)
600m Run w/ medicine ball (alternate who carries med ball)
Today is all about traveling long distances differently. At least you have a partner to share the misery with. Stay to the side of the road in the grass for the lunges to preserve your knees whenever you can.
Both partners work simultaneously and each complete the total distance for each movement
