Complete 2 rounds

20 Double Unders

10 Box Jumps

15 Butterfly Sit Ups

4 Inch Worms

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

6 rounds of:

1 minute of rowing

1 minute of burpees

1 minute of double-unders

1 minute rest
Coach to finish class time with stretching or ROMWOD
