Warm-up (No Measure)

Complete a 5 minute AMRAP of:

10 Push Ups

5 Burpees

10 Walking Lunges

10 Wall Balls

warm up, go slow

Back Squat (6×5 @ 70%)

Snatch Pull (3RM from 6 inch box (can use 45&25 bumpers))

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

20 Squat Snatches 95/65

Then Three Rounds

250 Meter Row

15 Chest to Bar Pull Up
