Right hand: 3 KB cleans, 3 kb clean to press, 3 kb snatch, 3 turkish get ups

3 Kb Swings

Left Hand: 3 KB cleans, 3 kb clean to press, 3 kb snatch, 3 turkish get ups

Back Squat (50%x5, 60%x3, 70%x2, 75%x1, 80%xAMAP)

Elizabeth (Time)

Clean, 135# / 95#

Ring Dips
