:30s shoulder mob each arm

5 scap pull ribg rows

5 ring rows

5 scap push up

5 puah up

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete at Many Reps as Possible in 12 Minutes:


30 Calorie Row


2 Rounds of:

5 Pull Ups

10 Hand Release Push Ups

15 Air Squats

The next round starts back at the 30 Calorie Row
