Back Squat (“50%x5, 60%x3, 70%x1, 75% AMRAP”)

Clean Pull (10 Mins to build up to a 3 rep max)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

1-Minute Rest

2 Minutes of Back Squats 225145

2 Minutes of Shoulder to Overhead 185/115

On back squat rack is permitted, On Shoulder to Overhead rack is not permitted
