Run Lap around building

:60s el pigeon stretch

:60s el couch stretch

:60s el ankle mobility stretch


With an empty barbell or heavier weight of athletes choice

2x through

5 Tall Cleans

5 Tall Jerks

Coach: 12 minute total warm up time

Clean and Jerk (12×2 @ 60%)

:30-:45s rest between sets (this part is important)

Deadlift (60% 5×10 use tr max)

Metcon (Time)


Thrusters 95/75

Bar Facing Burpees
