1 Pull Up 2 Push Ups 3 Squats

2 Pull Up, 4 push ups, 6 squats

3 pull ups, 6 push ups, 9 squats

4 Pull Ups, 8 Push Ups, 12 Squats

5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 squats

Rest 2 minutes

Pull ups are strict, wear a 20# vest
