Warm-up (No Measure)

:20s Hollow Rocks

:20s superman hold

2x Through

10 Kip Swings

10 Walking Lunges

10 GHD Sit Ups

Metcon (Weight)

3 Rds for weight

8 Back Squat

8 e/l FR walking lunges

Rest 90s

*use the same weight for Back sq and Lunges, go as heavy as possible

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

800-meter run

15 front squats, 1/2 body weight

8 deadlifts, 1x body weight

<25 Min
