5 KB Goblet Squats w 5 sec hold at bottom

5el barbell front rack walking lunges

Back Squat (5@40% 5@50% 5@60% of tr max)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

8 Min AMRAP

200M Run

7 Deadlifts @ 70%
