Warm-up (No Measure)

1x 400M Run

Then:

2x Through

3 reps of each position with an empty barbell:

From the Tall Position:

Shrug, Shrug Elbows, Muscle Clean, Front Squat, Tall (Squat) Clean

From the Hang Position:

Shrug, Shrug Elbows, Hang (Squat) Clean, Deadlift

Wes (Time)

For time:

Run 800 meters with a 25-lb. plate

Then, 14 rounds of:

5 strict pull-ups

4 burpee box jumps, 24-in. box

3 (squat) cleans, 185 lb.

Then, run 800 meters with a 25-lb. plate
