Warm-up (No Measure)

Run 400M

2x Through:

High Knees

But Kickers

Bear Crawl

Duck Walk

5 Strict Pull Up

7 GHD Sit Up

10 Air Squat

Back Squat (5@75% 3@85% 1+@95% of tr max)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Min Amrap

200M Run, 250M Row
Option to partner up but would suggest switching the distances to 400M Run, 500M Row
