Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
Row (Calories)
1-minute rest
After your workout stick around. Coach takes class through 10 minute cool down of coaches choice.

10 Kip Swings

10 Kip swing straight arm pull to hip

Butt Kickers

High Knees

10 Broad Jumps
