Warm-up (No Measure)

1x Run 400M

With Pvc, 3 reps of each movement

Deadlift

Front Squat

Down and up (dip, shrug)

Elbows high and outside

Muscle clean

Clean land

Clean drop

Hang power clean

Full Squat Clean

***Coach, this is your opportunity to make corrections. Challenge the athletes for the best position

Deadlift (5@65% 5@75% 5+@85% of tr max)

Elizabeth (Time)

Clean, 135# / 95#

Ring Dips
Rx for this workout does require a full squat clean
