Partner WOD:

10 Rounds

20 Calorie Row

15 Kettlebell Swings

10 Burpees over the rower

One person does one full round while the other person rests. (Larger class can do teams of 3 and 15 rounds.) Want to make burpees more fun? Do them over a rower!
