Run 1 Lap around bldg

2x Through

10 Goblet Squat w 3 sec pause at bottom, moderate weight. focus on breathing

5 Inchworm w push up

5 T2B

Back Squat (5@65% 5@75% 5+@85% (of tr max))

Good Mornings (4×10)

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2 Rounds of 7 Min Amrap

Rest 7 minutes in between amraps

7 Hang Clean 75/55

7 Jerk 75/55

7 Knee to Elbow
