WARM UP/ PREP THEME: Get little sweaty and heavy breathing before launching without fatigue. Heart displacement is key with movement that involves hip-hinging.

1-2 Min Each Side: Foam Roll or Lax Ball your Lats

Banded Lat Stretch (Shoulder triplet with bands)

Arm Circles/Swings

8 KB Swings Moderate Weight
