Back Squat (3×5)

Metcon (Time)

3x through with a partner:

50 Air Squat

60 Box Jump

60 Dips

50 Ring Row

30 Pushups

100 Jump Rope

Only one partner can work at a time.

Partners can break up reps between them as desired.
