With an empty Barbell:

3 High Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

3 Above the knee power snatch + 1 overhead squat

3 Full Squat Snatch

Snatch (Max Effort 1×2-3 reps)

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds for time:

18 Alternating DB Power Snatch 55/35

14 KB Swings 53/35

10 Goblet Squats 53/35
