Glute-Ham Raises (4×12)

Metcon (16 Rounds for time)

16 Minute EMOM

Even Minute: 10 T2B

Odd Minute: 10 (5/e) Dumbbell Box Step Ups (30#e 24in/20#e 20in)
Complete each round AFAP. Record time for each round
