26.2 CrossFit – CrossFit

Clean & Jerk Warm Up (No Measure)

With PVC:

5 hang power clean from mid thigh

5 power clean from just above knee

5 power clean from just below knee



5 hang squat cleans from mid thigh

5 squat cleans from above the knee

5 full squat cleans from floor



5 push press

5 push jerk

5 split jerk

Clean and Jerk (Max Effort)

Max Effort or “ME” means to build up to 1 heavy set of 2 or 3 reps. Not til failure. Hit clean reps.

Randy (Time)

For Time:

75 Power Snatches, 75#
In honor of Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member who was killed February 6 in the line of duty.
