10 Kip Swings

Back Squat (5@59% 5@68% 5+@77%)

be sure if you get less or more than 5 reps for your last set, that you change the “reps” number when logging it

Glute-Ham Raises (3×12)

Half Cindy (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)


5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats
